Poinciana Lodge is one of the premium Lodges on Hamilton Island.
The Lodge is centrally located between Resort Side and Harbour Side.
Hamilton Island is a leasehold held by the Resort. The lease allows for the Resort facility as well as privately owned property, apartments, houses and business concessions.
There is a Private Pool, Spa and BBQ Area which is for the exclusive use of Poinciana Residents and Guests.
Transport on the Island is by:
Buggy which can be hired from the operator; the Island Taxi Service (Resort Link) or; the Island shuttle which operates from 0700 to late.
Poinciana Lodge (4) is privately owned.
